The Agency for Health Care Administration (ACHA) for the state of Florida has retained URAC’s status as an approved accrediting organization. This allows URAC to continue our decades-long positive working relationship with the ACHA that has been in place since 2000, and that URAC has met the requirements of section 641.512, Florida Statutes, and rule 59A-12.0072, Florida Administrative Code.
This means URAC is approved for Health Plan Accreditation review in Florida and our program meets the state requirement for health plan accreditation. You can read the approval letter here.
